Branding and Core Segmentation

The Brand and Segmentation exercise develops two "living" documents:
- Business/Brand Profile that confirms your position in the marketplace
- Core Messages and Segmentation profile.
These documents are populated and amended on an ongoing basis as your business grows and marketing activities mature. A business pivot may result in in significant changes to these documents as new priorities are adopted by your leadership team.
A third (optional) deliverable is the development of a Business Placemat that represents all aspects of your business. The placemat is recommended when marketing activities are not adequately aligned to operational activities. Symptoms include poor quality control, low client satisfaction (client churn), consistent re-work, and work-scheduling challenges. These all impact reputation, margins, and ability to grow.

These all impact brand and segmentation decisions though the customer journey (before and after the customer commitment).

Additionally, Antix can be used to host ads and external content from another Antix publisher - perhaps an organization in your business network.
